1. Reservation: Reservations can be made through our website at www.victoriamewshotel.com or by contacting our reservation team directly.
2. Payment: Full payment for the stay must be made at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, mobile money and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
5. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
6. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
7. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or property.
8. Additional Services: The hotel offers a restaurant, gym, bar, and conference hall for guests to use. Additional charges may apply.
9. Compliance: All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the hotel. Any violations may result in the guest being asked to leave the hotel.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
11. Changes to Terms: The hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
